Recipe Poetry

Guest Visit - Ms. Natasha Hooper

Hello Writers!

Today we welcome Ms. Natasha Hooper to our classroom.  Natasha is a fierce force of expression - she writes with purpose and conviction.  She is a member of the 2016 and 2017 SD Slam Teams - the latter just won the National Slam this past summer. Natasha encourages those around her, she holds space by hosting Slam Diego - the newest spoken word scene to hit San Diego.  We are lucky to have her join us today as she continues to support the program every year - visiting our classroom and judging the Spring Slam.
