"I Am...Comic Sans" - Mentor Text

Hello Writers!

This week we delve into a little comedic writing. We will use the Sweeney's piece, "I Am Comic Sans" as mentor text.  We will borrow style, structure, organization, and humor to write our own persona pieces.  This assignment allows you to have fun and to bring voice to a subject matter that you feel is worthy.  Make us laugh, be appropriate, and play with this comedic piece.
