Semester Portfolio Requirements

Please make sure the following assignments are all accounted for in your Portfolio.

Please use the Rubric.  Access yourself accurately. The content can be put together in whatever way you deem fit that accurately displays your writing and shows your growth over the last semester.

Title Page
Table of Contents w/Page #'s. 
* Include the Title of the Poem and the assignment - ie: Big Sur River (Sestina)
Cover Letter - This will be worth quite a bit.  Make sure it reads well and is free of error.
Dedication Page
About the Author - Must be in 3rd person
