Happy Tuesday!  Time to belt out some ballads!  Follow the format and use the mentor texts!

* Write/Revise/Edit your work - think ahead - think Portfolio

Prompts:
1. Write about a superstition in your family. Does it work? Where did it originate? What was it meant to teach?
2. Write about two people breaking up/ending. What is their story? How does the conversation go?
3. Write a conversation that TWO opposite emotions might have? (ie: Love and Hate, Anger and Joy)
4. Fill in the blank - The Ballad of ____________.  Now write that story.
(ie: The Ballad of a Lonely Puppy)
5.Work with this title: The Ballad of a Pointer
